Springs Window Fashions Names Tim Knoerzer Chief Human Resource Officer

Middleton, WI — April 7, 2022 — Tim Knoerzer, a human resources leader with more than 29 years of experience, has been named Chief Human Resource Officer of Springs Window Fashions, a leading global provider of custom window coverings. The announcement was made by Springs Window Fashions President and CEO Eric Jungbluth.

In his new role, Knoerzer will lead teams of Human Resource professionals across the Springs organization. He is responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development.

Knoerzer brings a wealth of knowledge to Springs Window Fashions with two decades of global human resource experience and oversight. Prior to joining Springs, Knoerzer served as SVP Human Resources for Teva Pharmaceutical. Prior to that, he was with Monsanto where he held several positions of progressive responsibility over a 25-year tenure.

Knoerzer earned a B.S. from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. from St. Louis University.
