Jason Bingham
CEO and President
Jason Bingham joined Springs Window Fashions in 2023 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bingham had over 30 years of leadership experience in the residential and commercial building products categories at Trane Technologies and was most recently President of the Residential HVAC & Supply business for the company. During his tenure at Trane, he took on progressively more significant leadership responsibilities, including Strategy Leader for Trane North America and Vice President of Digital and Energy Services for the commercial business in North America and Europe. Mr. Bingham earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Kim Jude
CFO
As Chief Financial Officer, Kim Jude leads the finance and accounting teams and supports the organization’s broader strategic objectives. Ms. Jude’s extensive experience includes transformational roles at Trane, Stanley Black & Decker, and PepsiCo. Most recently, she was the CFO at VideoJet. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Dan Aiman
SVP & General Counsel
As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Springs Window Fashions, Dan Aiman brings a strategic mindset to providing practical legal advice and guidance to all parts of the organization. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Mr. Aiman also supports the company’s current and future growth initiatives. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President & General Counsel for Ashley Furniture as its first General Counsel, building and leading the legal function and giving him a unique background in manufacturing, retail, and transportation. He was also in-house at Epic, a medical records software company. After earning a B.A at Washington University, St. Louis, he received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Chetan Balsara
CIO
Chetan Balsara brings over 20 years of technical and managerial experience to his role as CIO, with experience in both the United States and India. For 10 years prior to joining the Springs Window Fashions team, Mr. Balsara served as the CIO and VP of IT at Davis-Standard, a global leader in plastics/rubber extrusion and converting technology. Mr. Balsara began his career with Castrol India as a programmer and analyst after earning his Bachelor of Engineering-Electronics degree from the University of Bombay.
Oscar Bolaños
COO
Oscar Bolanos serves as the Chief Operating Officer, with extensive manufacturing experience in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Before joining Springs, Bolaños was Vice President Operations at Forvia – a leading global supplier in the automotive industry. Prior to this, he had a 20-year tenure at Bosch auto parts, where he took on progressively larger leadership roles in the operations function – most recently as the Vice President Operations with responsibility for their starter and generator division’s manufacturing plants in Mexico. Bolanos holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Quality and Productivity from the Universidad de Tecnologica de Mexico.
Kevin Dexter
EVP & PRESIDENT – DEALER BUSINESS UNIT
With over 20 years of consumer durables experience, Kevin Dexter serves as the EVP and President of the Dealer Business Unit. His responsibilities include strategic and tactical execution of channel sales initiatives, as well overseeing product development and innovation. Prior to joining Springs, Mr. Dexter served as President and COO of Fisher and Paykel North America, and SVP of sales and marketing at Samsung home appliances. He is a U.S. Army veteran and earned a BA in Communications Studies at the University of Iowa.
Jimmy Cornett
SVP & General Manager - Consumer Business Unit
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Business Unit, Jimmy Cornett leads the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Springs Window Fashions’ consumer-focused channels. Mr. Cornett brings more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and general management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to joining Springs, he served as National Vice President of Sales for Samsung Home Appliances. Mr. Cornett earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Technology from Purdue University and an M.S. in Operations Management from Kettering University.
Kyle Duea
General Manager – SunSetter
As the General Manager of SunSetter Products, Mr. Duea is responsible for leading all functional teams in the development and execution of SunSetter’s annual go-to-market plans to achieve the operating division’s financial goals. With over 20 years in consumer products, Kyle has extensive general management and marketing experience in both consumer durables and consumer packaged goods with previous experiences at General Mills as a Business Unit Director and Global Marketing Leader. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Consumer Insights, Off Road Vehicles, at Polaris Industries. Kyle earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Amanda Frantz
VP - Customer Service
As Vice President of Customer Service, Amanda Frantz oversees the customer service organization, ensuring a best in industry customer service experience from order entry/new sales through warranty support. In addition, she ensures the organization has best in class tools and processes to support our associates, customers and consumers for all of their service needs through strategic leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Ms. Frantz has been with Springs Window Fashions since 1999, progressing through the customer service organization in a number of management and leadership roles. Ms. Frantz earned a A.S. in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Grant Gustafson
SVP & GENERAL MANAGER - COMMERCIAL BUSINESS UNIT
With nearly 20 years of experience in the building products industry, Grant Gustafson serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager─Commercial Business Unit at Springs Window Fashions. Mr. Gustafson’s career has been shaped by leadership roles at BMC as Vice President of Pro Remodeling and General Manager of Southern California business, and at James Hardie Building Products as Vice President and General Manager of international business. While at Hardie, he also led the North America interiors business, business development, marketing, and human resources. Mr. Gustafson’s experience is supplemented with executive marketing roles in commercial building products as well as a board of directors’ position at Headwaters Incorporated (now part of the Boral Group). He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Dix Jarman
CEO – Sunburst Shutters
Dix Jarman leads the Sunburst Shutters business as CEO. He has run the business unit for more than 25 years and has significant experience in operations, quality control and sales. Under his leadership, Sunburst has grown from a small regional business to national brand in the U.S. and Canada. Dix has a B.A. in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Ron Lafferty
SVP - Business Development
As Head of Strategy & Business Development, Ron Lafferty works across the business units to align acquisition strategies, build the deal pipeline, evaluate and execute acquisitions, and lead post-deal integration. Mr. Lafferty brings 25 years of diverse global investment experience as well as corporate leadership, most recently serving as COO and Interim-CEO of TRU-FLEX, a global manufacturer of components for commercial vehicles. Mr. Lafferty earned a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Shawn Laskoski
SVP - Strategy & Innovation
As Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Shawn Laskoski oversees product management, engineering, project management, and M&A. His responsibilities include developing strategic objectives, the product roadmap, and an M&A pipeline. Prior to joining Springs, Mr. Laskoski served as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at JELD-WEN and Vice President, Marketing & Product Management for the Residential HVAC & Supply business unit at Trane Technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University.
John Weinstock
EVP - Marketing
As Executive Vice President, Marketing, John Weinstock oversees the development, implementation, and integration of marketing strategies and programs across the portfolio of Springs Window Fashions brands. Mr. Weinstock brings more than 20 years of marketing experience—from brand strategy to digital marketing—with global industries such as Johnson & Johnson, LG Electronics, and, most recently, Electrolux, where he was responsible for marketing in the North America sector. Mr. Weinstock earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A from Duke University.
