Eric Jungbluth has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since April 2017. Prior to joining us, Mr. Jungbluth served as Chief Executive Officer of CPG International Inc. from 2008 until 2016. He also served at HNI Corporation from 2003 until 2008, his last role being Executive Vice President and the President of The HON Company. Mr. Jungbluth also held several senior positions at Moen Incorporated (a division of Fortune Brands) including Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Business Development, and VP/General Manager of CSI Accessories; spent two years as Vice President of Sales at Kirsch (a division of Newell); and gathered ten years of experience at Warner Lambert in sales, marketing, and brand management roles. Mr. Jungbluth earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse.
John Comerford has served as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration and General Counsel since July 2012 and prior to that as Vice President and General Counsel since December 2007. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mr. Comerford leads our information technology function, and is prominently involved in our strategic and business development. Prior to joining us, Mr. Comerford was the Vice President and General Counsel of Wicab, Inc., Third Wave Technologies, Inc., and Lunar Corporation. Mr. Comerford earned a J.D. from Marquette University Law School and a B.B.A. from St. Norbert College.
With a diverse background in the building materials and office furnishings industries, Jason Grommon serves as Executive Vice President and President─Dealer Business Unit at Springs Window Fashions. His responsibilities are focused on providing leadership, direction, and support of strategic development. Prior to joining us, Mr. Grommon served as President of the AZEK Building Products Division at CPG International and as Senior Vice President of Operations at CPG International. He also served as Vice President and General Manager at Gunlocke, a division of HNI Corporation. Mr. Grommon earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the building products industry, Grant Gustafson serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager─Commercial Business Unit at Springs Window Fashions. Mr. Gustafson’s career has been shaped by leadership roles at BMC as Vice President of Pro Remodeling and General Manager of Southern California business, and at James Hardie Building Products as Vice President and General Manager of international business. While at Hardie, he also led the North America interiors business, business development, marketing, and human resources. Mr. Gustafson’s experience is supplemented with executive marketing roles in commercial building products as well as a board of directors’ position at Headwaters Incorporated (now part of the Boral Group). He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
With 17 years of progressive Human Resources experience and leadership in the consumer products industry, Emily Lyle oversees our HR teams in the U.S. and Mexico. As Vice President of Human Resources, her focus is on providing strategic leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, organizational development, and Best Experience culture initiatives. Ms. Lyle joined the company in early 2020 after a tenured career at Fiskars—most recently as the North America HR Director—with experience in organizational design and development, benefits management, operations support, and executive partnership. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and an M.S. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Frank Natoli, Jr. currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Springs Window Fashions. His focus is on providing strategic leadership for global manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement. With previous leadership positions at Diebold Nixdorf and Delphi Technologies, his acumen is influenced by more than 30 years in operations, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain design, as well as product research and development, product management, and innovation in the automotive, financial, and technology industries. Mr. Natoli received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Operations Management from Kettering University, as well as certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Supply Chain and Quality.
As Senior Vice President and General Manager─Retail at Springs Window Fashions, Kent Owens is responsible for building the Bali® brand by focusing on business improvements and consumer engagement. Prior to this role, Mr. Owens led strategy and new business development. He brings significant experience to his position, having driven improvements within private equity-owned companies in the consumer durables sector. Before joining the company, he served as President of Bosch’s Measuring Tools division, as well as Senior Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of Consumer Products at Acuity Brands Lighting. In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Owens was a manager at The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
As Executive Vice President, Marketing, John Weinstock oversees the development, implementation, and integration of marketing strategies and programs across the portfolio of Springs Window Fashions brands. Mr. Weinstock brings more than 20 years of marketing experience—from brand strategy to digital marketing—with global industries such as Johnson & Johnson, LG Electronics, and, most recently, Electrolux, where he was responsible for marketing in the North America sector. Mr. Weinstock earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A from Duke University.
