Springs Window Fashions Appoints Three Executives to Leadership Team

Middleton, WI – Springs Window Fashions, the Best Experience Company and a leader in window treatments since 1939, announces three additions to its executive team. Effective immediately, the appointments include John Weinstock as Executive Vice president, Marketing; Frank Natoli Jr. as Executive Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain; and James (Jim) Gross as Vice President, Field Sales for Bali, custom blinds, shades, shutters and drapery available at retail.

“The addition of John, Frank, and Jim will only further strengthen the dynamic group of leaders we have onboard,” said Eric Jungbluth, President and CEO of Springs Window Fashions. “With their in-depth expertise and fresh perspectives, we look forward to their contributions as they play pivotal roles on our growing team.”

In his new position, Weinstock will oversee the development, implementation and integration of marketing strategies and programs across the portfolio of Springs Window Fashions brands and accompanying communication channels. Weinstock brings 20+ years of marketing experience and was most recently with Electrolux where he was responsible for marketing in the North America sector.

Natoli, as Executive Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, will lead Springs Window Fashions’ supply chain operations, driving end-to-end operational excellence. He will manage the company’s manufacturing footprint as well as the supply chain, procurement, and quality functions. Natoli Jr., most recently of Diebold Nixdorf, will draw on his 30+ years of industry experience in the technology, industrial, and automotive sectors.

As Vice President, Field Sales, Gross will oversee strengthening Bali’s regional salesforce with retail customers. With more than 17 years of experience in the building products and consumer goods categories, Gross brings in-depth industry expertise to the Bali brand.

All three appointees will be based at Springs Window Fashions’ headquarters in Middleton, WI. Weinstock and Natoli will report to Eric Jungbluth, CEO and President, and Gross to Kent Owens, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Retail.
