United Way Honors Springs Volunteers

Posted May 13, 2019

The United Way of Dane County in Madison recognized Springs Window Fashions and its employees for its ongoing commitment and volunteer efforts with the Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM). The group provides food and housing security for area families and has one of the largest food pantries in Dane County. Nearly half of those served by the group are children. Springs’ own Nolan Brown, Manager of National Accounts, returned to emcee the event for the third time. Char Lodl, manager of PPC, is a member of the United Way’s Community Volunteer Awards committee and helped with the event, which was held at Madison’s Concourse Hotel. The theme of this year’s awards event was “Together in Hope”. It was attended by more than 800 people from the community.
