The 2025 Internship Program Comes to a Close

This summer, we were excited to welcome 21 interns to Springs — 19 at our Middleton headquarters and two at our Mecho location in Long Island City, NY.

Over the course of the summer, our interns jumped into real world projects, product training, job shadowing, and a panel discussion with senior leaders. We mixed in plenty of fun too, from cheering on the Madison Mallards to wrapping things up with a summer picnic.

The group also made time to give back, spending a day packing paper products for local charities. To cap it all off, our interns showcased what they learned by presenting their research projects to members of our senior leadership team.
