SWF’s Char Lodl Wins United Way Advocate in Action Award

A proud partner of the United Way of Dane County, Springs is delighted to announce Char Lodl has been awarded the 2022 Advocate in Action Award.

This award recognizes an Employee Campaign Manager who demonstrates the drive and conviction needed to involve others in our community’s Agenda for Change. These managers are the critical link in the chain, fostering connections within their organizations, engaging colleagues in learning more about the community, and inspiring them to give, advocate, and volunteer. In short, they are the driving force behind the success of workplace campaigns, and a key component to raising valuable resources that, in turn, give Dane County families in need the opportunity to succeed in school, work, and life.

Employee Campaign Managers are passionate about giving back, enthusiastic about involving others, and effective, resourceful leaders. It is abundantly clear Char encompasses all these attributes and more, and that together, she and Springs are wholly dedicated to building a strong, vibrant community.
